Blue and white faience, 6.59 grams; 45.00 cm; 18 inch. Late Period, circa 1000-300 BC. A lovely restrung ancient Egyptian necklace, of over 170 mummy beads and decorated net beads. This necklace has been made from only the highest quality ancient Egyptian beads and includes the highly sought after 'amulet' beads in various shapes. Beads run through a white central bead making a loop with six blue amulet beads, all decorated in different ways. Extremely fine condition with modern clasp for it to be worn.
