Silver, 11.55 grams; 26.52 mm. Classical and Hellenistic period of Mysia, Pergamum. After 133 B.C. (Roman Province of Asia). Obverse: Cista mystica containing serpent; all within ivy-wreath. Reverse: AM and Magistrate's monogram above, TPE (monogram of Pergamum) to left of bow-case between two coiled serpents; thyrsos right. Kleiner, Pergamum 3; Pinder 90. Good very fine with an ancient tone.
