Only three full Flag Type Pennies and six fragments recorded with the Medieval Coin Corpus (EMC) at the Fitzwilliam Museum. We can find no other example with this reverse legend
.
Probably Unique.
A leading expert at the Fitzwilliam Museum at Cambridge University writes:
"it is in everybody's best interest to record new specimens of this York coinage...this type does not have an intelligible moneyer's name. The generally quoted inscriptions are 'VIDNESI ON EV' and 'PTIECSDNV', and this coin appears to have a variant of the latter (+PTIEI[ ]VES:)".

Tancred was a son of Emma of Apulia. His maternal grandparents were Robert Guiscard and Guiscard's first wife Alberada of Buonalbergo. Emma was also a sister of Bohemund of Taranto. In 1096, Tancred joined his maternal uncle Bohemund on the First Crusade, and the two made their way to Constantinople. There, he was pressured to swear an oath to Byzantine Emperor Alexius I Comnenus, promising to give back any conquered land to the Byzantine Empire. Although the other leaders did not intend to keep their oaths, Tancred refused to swear the oath altogether. He participated in the siege of Nicaea in 1097, but the city was taken by Alexius' army after secret negotiations with the Seljuk Turks. Because of this Tancred was very distrustful of the Byzantines. Later in 1097 he captured Tarsus and other cities in Cilicia and assisted in the siege of Antioch in 1098.

WILLEM VI (1345 - 1417)
Duke William II of Bavaria-Straubing was also count William VI of Holland, count William IV of Hainaut and count William V of Zeeland. He ruled from 1404 to his death in 1417. William was a son of Albert I and married to Margaret, sister of John, Duke of Burgundy. He married Margaret, the daughter of Philip the Bold, and fought with Utrecht and Gelre. His death at Bouchain in a raid into France ended the line of the counts of Holland, as his only child was his daughter Jacqueline (Jacoba), the last Countess of Holland before it fell under Burgundian rule.
William and John defeated the bishop of Liege at the battle of Othée in 1408 meaning that he was no longer, as count of Hainault, obliged to pay homage to the bishop. William's reign was marked by internal strife within the county of Holland. In particular, Lord John of Arkel supported William's enemies in Holland. Arkel became a part of Holland in 1412 at which point John accepted his defeat at the hands of William. William claimed Friesland as the count of Holland. Duke William I of Bavaria-Straubing had previously sent five expeditions to conquer Friesland. Only Stavoren was captured in 1398. William II also sent expeditions to the region but Stavoren was regained by the Frisians in 1414. Prior to his death, William ensured his nobles swore allegiance to his only daughter, Jacqueline. However, on William's death in 1417, a war of succession broke out between John III and William's daughter Jacqueline of Hainaut. John III was a younger brother of William, who had become Bishop of Liège. This would be the last episode of the Hook and Cod wars and finally place Holland and Hainaut into Burgundian hands. Bavaria-Straubing was divided between the dukes of Bavaria, the major portion went to Bavaria-Munich in 1429.

This coin displays a representation of the Annunciation with the Archangel Gabriel and the Virgin Mary over the shields of France and England, all under the rays of the sun (i.e. god) on the obverse.
